COVID-19 Shipping Updates

Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the COVID-19. Doing the best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. Appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. 

 

General Shipping 

  • Able to ship anywhere within the United States.
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday (business days, not recognized holidays).
  • Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
  • Shipping time estimations for all of our products is provided. Your order will be fulfilled and sent to you as quickly as possible, but please note that shipping times are all estimations and cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure successful delivery.

 

Processing Time

Orders processed Monday - Friday (business days, please refer to Holiday Schedule). Any orders placed and fulfilled Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday. Please note shop is closed on all major US holidays and all orders will be shipped the following business day.

 

Custom Printed Appeal

Each product page in our store shows when we expect the product to ship. Refer to the "Ordering Information" section located under the product details for the latest update. 

 

Domestic Shipping

Orders ship within 48 hours, items with longer handling time, will have this information in the description of each product page affected. Items on backorder are not available to ship immediately and will have messaging with the estimated ship date on the product page. When in doubt, contact customer service to help clear up any confusion.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Shipping Methods

Depending on your delivery location your shipping methods, orders may only be available to ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2 Day or Priority Overnight. These options are based on carrier restrictions, and are not able to be changed.

 

Express Shipping

All express options do not include weekend deliveries, all deliveries are done on business days Monday - Friday, excluding any Holidays.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Economy Shipping can take 8-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
  • Standard Shipping can take 5-8 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
  • Expedited Shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for expedited shipping.
  • Priority Shipping can take 1-2 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for priority shipping.
  • We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
  • HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes fastest shipping method at checkout.

 

Custom Printing Shipping Timelines

US-bound orders will arrive within 9 – 12 business days (production + shipping).  

  • Rush shipping is also available for orders that are fulfilled and shipped within the Continental US. If you select Rush shipping, orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Canada and International-bound orders will arrive within 12 – 15 business days (production + shipping).

  • You can track your order here to see what your shipping status is. If you have your tracking number, you can also see more detailed information about your shipments status by entering the number on DHL.com

*For international shipping, we do not track packages once they reach their destination country.

 

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. 

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

Shipping addresses cannot be changed or updated, once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

 

Ordering

Cancellations & Making Order Changes

Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to make changes or cancel your order in our system. Please make sure your order is placed with all the items, discount codes, and proper shipping methods needed before you confirm your order.


As long as your items are not Final Sale, you may send it back for an exchange or refund after receiving it (shipping charges and any restocking fees are non-refundable). See our Return Policy for more details.

 

Final Sale

All items marked with Final Sale messaging on the item page at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions. Any Final Sale items returned will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The following item categories and all items marked Final Sales on the item page are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit; gift cards, hair accessories, beauty, make-up, lingerie, hosiery, underwear, special occasion Dresses, sales or clearance items. Please check each individual item for the notation of Final Sale before completing your order.

 

Taxes

All sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws in which the order is being shipped. If you are a tax-exempt organization. You need to contact customer service to help you set up an account before you place an order. Documentation required of your tax-exempt status, along with an email associated with your organization.

 

Return Policy

Please email info@gdmortes.com before returning anything, with some details on the reason for return.

Unworn items with their packaging intact can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Postage of returned items will be deducted from the refunded amount. For hygienic reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be refunded. Earrings that are returned will be disposed of and not refunded.

Refunds and exchanges are processed weekly, every Friday afternoon.

Any exchange items will be sent free of charge.

 

Damage Returns

Items will not accepted as a return, if the original tags are not attached, the item appears to be worn, or is damaged with stains, make-up, deodorant markings, snags, missing beading, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal or human hair, etc.

These returns will be sent back at the customers’ expense or will be charged a cleaning fee at our discretion.

For hygienic reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be refunded.

Shoe returns will not be accepted if the shoe box is used as a shipping package, any damage done to the box will be considered a damaged item.


If a damaged or wrong item is received you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive a return authorization label. If a damaged or wrong item is returned back without prior notification the return may be returned at the customers’ expense or all possible restocking fees will be applied at our discretion.

 

Refused Packages & Return To Sender

If a package is refused or the incorrect address is supplied at checkout the customer will be held responsible to pay all shipping costs for the order and back to G.D. Morté's. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, refused packages and undeliverable packages can take several weeks or longer to be received back to our facilities, the transit time is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. G.D. Morté's will not process any refunds until the items are returned back to our facility.
